The issue has fainted the image of government and gave a golden opportunity to moribund congress party to counter BJP who always accuse congress for it's corruption-full governance. After controversial land acquisition bill its an unprecedented opportunity in the hand of congress. Its high time for BJP to acknowledge that their every single step is being watched not only by its opposition but also by common mass who has immense expectation from this government. BJP has always been blamed not for taking action against its ministers involved in corruption contrary to it congress surrounded with corruption charges took strict action against minister from time to time be it shivraj patil, suresh kalmadi, kani monjhi and others.
Recent Vapayam scam in madhya pradesh also fainted the image of BJP, as it was state concern so much woo dosen't take place.

From common mass eye BJP has to work on clean-slate every time. Though the government is quite  young and has spent only 20% of it's this term life, has lots of time to colour its image but its three test is consecutively going to be held in BIHR, W.B and U.P, which certainly decide it's fate.
Though these mere airy issues are not strong enough to faint the MODI's empire.
