no not to you

                               No, not to you
The bureaucratic tribe or the serving tribe to the government and its institution are supposed to be yes boys. Their reply to the political bosses must be in affirmative mode at least it must sound affirmative. Reply in no to the political boss means closing your own way ahead. So an incumbent official to the institution are not only suppose to work with positive attitude and passion they are also suppose to reply in positive nod.
Officials are always at their toe when it comes to draft the business rule which directly acknowledge the view of political executive i.e. the (Government). In this regard they the officials are in dilemma throughout their tenure of service, and when it comes to governor of RBI it become much complicated. Besides maintaining the sovereignty of respective institution and chair which the RBI governor holds they also have to uphold the economic promises made by the government. Though the entire economic activity is the collective business of duos (RBI & Government) but both are contrary to each other in their dealings. In one hand government has to appease the spontaneous outburst of public, coming out of inflation or some other economic crisis but in other hand RBI being the custodian of economy always looks upon long term economic stability as its prime business.
The newly appointed 24TH RBI governor Urjit Patel has to face more dynamic situation than his predecessor Raghuram Rajan. When Raghuram Rajan came in office his prime target was to bring down the inflation rate and to provide economic stability despite all odds in which he succeeded to greater extent in a time bound period. Rajan is only second governor after 1990 to hold office for just three years. Though there in nothing new in it in a multi party political system. But the certain bench mark which Rajan sat in his working style will definitely create issue. He throughout his tenure has been known for working without any pressure and political consideration, from time to time we have seen visionary conflict between him and government and he always remains firm to his attitude at least in public gaze.
Politically the incumbent government was in its early days during Rajan’s tenure so it was in position to negotiate with certain pro public and pro industrialist approach but with the new governor the government of the day has to face next Loksabha election i.e. government has to show its report card to the common people who have not much to do with foreign policy and economic relation with SAARC, ASEAN and so on. Common people only acknowledge the development which they observe at ground and next time they will not vote for Gujarat model of development they will vote for their indigenous development.
Government too has changed its step, now it play deciding role among RBI think tank which was not so during Rajan’s period. Passing of GST proved big success for government but its implementation from next financial year would be a greater question as the experiences globally shows the gestation period of GST is long and in beginning it shows rise in inflation rate and by that time next general election will be in hand too. Obviously the government too is aware of fact but the upcoming time for new RBI governor is not as rosy as it seems. Will Urjit Patel say no to government at policy end and succeed in maintaining sovereignty which Rajan dare to say and maintained. Because any downfall in economy will not only question government policy but also question Patel’s appointment it is mainly because of manner in which Rajan left the office and personal criticism of him by top brass of BJP though PM himself take cognizance of it but it was little bit late and damage has already been done.

The Hanging Noose Around The Country’s Youth

Sometimes it become hard or almost impossible to ink down your own words, you may fill with thousands of thoughts and countless  questions, but you find no answers at all. You find unidentified gap between your thought and reality. This is what I feel when it came to know and read about Rohit Vemula a doctoral student at University of Hyderabad, who is in news not because of his academic achievement but because of his death i.e suicide which he committed last Sunday. A nature loving boy say good bye to the nature untimely as he find no place for himself in this nature made society.
what he did at last is that he wrote a letter, law of the land called it suicide letter but after going through it I found it a mercy letter for whom those who are responsible for brutal killing of upcoming future (Rohit). As he has written that i find growing gap between my body and soul it clearly shows that the society and surrounding which is responsible for making bridge between the soul and body of a youth instead of bridging the gap washes away all the pillar which supports the bridge and let the Rohit shrink in sorrow bit by bit and let him die, with all their eyes open like watching something interesting and amusing. Though Rohit finally died on Sunday but the process started much earlier, his friends and enemy were enjoying it and now with their crocodile tears they tries to make difference.
Difference in ideology is nothing new it is the very nature of human being and its civilization and when it comes to our(Indian) society it is inherent in our history as well as blood and air. Like every other student Rohit too was interested in socio-political issues beside his studies. To which ideology he belongs to and to whom he adore is none of mine business at least here. His act were nationalist or were anti-nationalist is subject to be determined by the law of land not by the individual holding red or saffron flag.
Here what I am concerned about  is that,  why Rohit was killed and especially by whom and for whom he was in confrontation with this society and system. Today we find lakhs of hand rising for bringing justice to Rohit, who is no more today. when he was here no-one was with him, he fought his personal war and finally awarded death to himself. Rohit meet a planed death plotted by his Dronacharya and mates and supported by this disguise society , this so called caste, creed, clan and the lineage.
Since our childhood we were teach that our sorrunding nurture our future so we should kept our-self in  worthy surrounding. Rohit too did the same he was in one of the India's prestigious university but unfortunately he was surrounded with such a set of mind which never lead him think of own-self.
Self  interested Dronacharya and mates used him as a tool. Its a bitter truth that university campus are being used as tool kit by some dirty Dronacharya. This Rohit is within all of us being a university student I can feel it very well . But this time question should be raised on this so called youth too, who always proclaim to be self independent and quite competent to take their own decision in all  sphere of life.. Is this your decision dear? Today who is saying Rohit Vemula "amar rahe" never care for his  healthy life.
we are being drained by some witty dirty Drona's who seems to be our sympathizer, actually they have to bake their bread on our funeral nothing more then that. Conflict of opinion is a undeniable in human nature but it should be used for creating alternative not for killing own-self. Being a educated youth we need understand the motive of such Drona's.
They have nothing to do with your life Rohit they are not interested in knowing that how a nature loving boy were and why you said good bye to the nature forever. you left thousand of unanswered question before this society which I am very sure that they all know but no will gave it, as it the base of their business. It was you and we who can bring the but you left the journey in mid way. Either we have to learn a lesson from it or be ready for becoming next Rohit dosen't matter whichever flag you are holding.

                                    RETURN GIFT

Wish you all a very happy new year. sorry am late, but our neighbors are punctual they came by time gave their best wishes with lots of usual gifts and unforgettable memories which will definitely last for long time if not forever. thanks dear neighbor you made it and made it again as per your inherent habit. best thing in it is the timing you choose, hats off for that. It seems turning the same mile stones pages which you made after Shmila, Lahore, Agara.
by breaking all the ice berg of this killing winter you gave unexpected warm to the entire nation soon after the midnight when we were sleeping with the dreamy eyes of new year celebration. all your crackers made us realize  that you are there with all your inherent thoughts having no change still after seven decades. thanks for making the new year celebration so warm you really are real neighbor.
its all about "Pathankot" no need to explain it any more., its only a return gift for tight hug, warm hand shake and cup of tea which our PM share with his neighbor counterpart. All the time we made due request to you to prove  yourself as a worthy neighbor as we never believe in cowardly play thrice you invited us for one to one play and we prove it with a soft message not again dear but it is you who is firm not to learn any thing. Though let it go better luck next time.
with an unanimous sound we made it secure that talk and terror never go together we believe mutual conflict needs conversation not cannon. Our government is under immense pressure to stop the conversation till the time perpetrator were not penalized by the counterpart, as per the national ethics there is nothing wrong in it. we need to drop the talk as it happen earlier also for breach of trust from other side. But don't know why I feel this time it must goes on with more sharp words and more warmness.
Following are the reasons i feel for it:

>Firstly, the government of the day came to the office with wordings that it will mitigate all the conflict with Pakistan by hook and cook and will have zero tolerance policy towards across the border terrorism. In order to have it we need to talk. War is definitely not the solution, we have seen it thrice it only broaden the gap. moving ahead with conversation doesn't mean  undermining the cannon power, its a diplomatic move which is a need of hour not between these two rivals but for the entire world and humanity.

> Secondly, it is well known fact that pakistan despite being a democratic nation having no respect for democratic values, the civil government has almost no saying on indo-pak relation. Pakistani army and ISI has arrested it's own civil government on this front. so it would be better to call the conversation bell again and again , in order to force the civil government to take some strict decisions against terror group and it will also help in drawing the attention of rest of the world especially the western countries towards disguise face of pakistan as they are newly born victims of terror attacks. now the better understand the game.

>thirdly , thinking that Pakistan will stop all these terror activities from it's land then we will have a talk is nothing more then an open eye dream. though there is no but despite the little bit of will of pakistani civil government they are not capable of tackling the situation accordingly they themselves are helpless before army and isi. so the civil government of pakistan needs to have back support of democratic nations and at this front it needs indias support more then that of America and Britain.

>Fourth, as the internal politics of both the nation is concerned there are certain obligation before both the government to keep each others at daggers drawn. though in this concern pakistan is much more rigid then India. separatist power in Pakistan runs parallel government there which undermine the civil government. as the god father of Pakistan which supports it with coin and cannon started parting itself from Pakistan made Pakistan to rebuild it's policy.

>last but not the list India too is capable of retaliating Pathankot but unfortunately we don't. we  believe in 1965,1971 & 1999 which actually we don't want but forced to do so. Face to face has it's own joy.

so in my view conversation must goes on, this is the probably first time that Pakistani PM shows such cooperative attitude may be for the shake of media only. There is need to talk in order to resolve the terror the very day we find that there is no hope for dialogue we made the journey to Peshawar from Pathankot in a day light not in midnight.
