WHY DON'T YOU DANCE ON MY TUNE?

A society Can Never be safe if it does not show that it can bear discussion. If you want to govern you must have to arm yourself with the power which knowledge gives.

`It become much important when it comes to deal with democratic society and democratic institution. Governance today is multidimensional exercise, where we need not only to elect the government but also to stand with it so that it can function in desired manner. It doesn't mean that by standing with government one is surrendering his/her loyalty to the government and becoming its subject. A democratic government is nothing without demos backup.

There is a saying that "absence of beauty doesn't mean the presence of ugliness".

Your backup to the government may show your honesty and duty-boundedness towards government, but it  doesn't mean that if you don't dance on government tune you are a threat to nation and society. One who pay for  the piper may call for the tune, but can't force anyone to dance on the same tune. Like supporting government, Criticizing government is an  another aspect of multidimensional democratic governance. So let the  critics criticize because they are not ugly if not beautiful like supporters.

Without muddling through these mug-pot words I would like be straight forward. One of the well known news anchor Ravish Kumar left social network activity. As he  fed-up with all the mischievous comment and threat that he received for his writing. As he was not dancing on the tune on which a majority wants him to dance. Those who abuse him asserts that he is propagating against the particular ideology of the day and trying to misled. Just for a while imagine that all the supporters are right, but can they justify it, how a single man can denounce the ideology. If the ideology is backed by such a huge majority. And if he really succeed in doing so then it simply means that the ideology of the day if not functioning in a desired manner. One thing must be noted here is that it is not the ideology itself which abuse anyone, it's we the followers made the individual having different opinion a soft target to sabotage him/her in order to shows own loyalty.

And please don't you think that it is all about only Ravish and some people like him, in a day to day life we experience that going contrary to the words of majority seen as sin in our society. Be it about politics, women, education, culture or anything else. Any how if your words are getting sidelined only because you are not dancing on desired tune, the democracy and demos will be no more from that very moment. I am not saying that Ravish is always right and did something miracle so we need to follow him. He too is a part of today's media and we all know how honest and what  media today is? Despite all the flaws there must be a room for divergent opinion. This is what democracy and media mean. The very moment you are getting abusive by your words simply mean you are lacking logic. And so what if someone is getting critic to your ideology, if a single person can dare to denounce your ideology can't the majority denounce him by logic and if not then sorry to say he is right and it is we who deserve abuse not he and his family.
And those who thinks that all it is a popularity stunt, then too you are big dump because your stupidity gave him this opportunity.

Dharm a notion from where chastity, purity, piousness and all the positivity flows. This is simply what dharm means to me. one of the almost parallel notion of dharm is religion. Yes religion is just one of the parallel notion of dharm its not a complete Dharm in itself. You may be the follower of any religion be it Hinduism, Islam, Christianity any someone different but it dosen’t mean that you are follower of Dharm too.

30th august 2015 M.M KALBURGI a scholar, a liberal thinker, a social activist, and a teacher by profession was shot dead. offenders sound that he was writing against Hinduism, which defame the great Hindu religion and Hindu culture. Actually he tried to find out the loopholes in the religion he was among one such scholar who challenges the existing taboo. May be he was right or may be not. I am neither his advocate nor the opponent of Hinduism.

For a while just think that Kalburgi was defaming Hindu religion and then it was obvious that he was hurting the sentiments of followers of the Hinduism too. In case of religion since the childhood we were taught that one should not raise question over the religious issues, the sentiments attached to it must be free from all if and buts to which we are use to. The notion which is unquestionable means that it is absolute and if something is absolute then it must not need to fear from anything or anyone.

Just tell me one thing that if your Dharm is absolute in such a manner and almighty which has been established time immemorable , then how could it be defamed by a men. If your Dharmik(religious) text are really pious and torchbearer then how could it be defamed by the writings of mere man who possess no super power at all like your Dharm. if your Dharm is really a super-power then how could it be defeated by a mere common man.

No I don’t think that your Dharm is such a almighty and powerful. I find it hard to digest that any human being is capable of defaming Dharm. and some how if he does then trust it was not Dharm. then it would be better to left it. a super natural power like Dharm can never be defamed by mere man.

Dharm always teaches us to win someone by logic not by sword. can the self announced crusader of Hinduism tell me that if Kalburgi was defaming Hinduism then what the self proclaimed god man and godess like Asharam bapu and Radhe maa were adding to the reputation of Hinduism.  both of them are just an example we all know how honest we are to our own religion or dharm.

Despite all its fall and fair, Hinduism has always been known for its tolerance such an incident caste a slur to the Hinduism and made us stand in the queue of Taliban and isis.

Trust me those who are afraid of word, pen and keyboard can never protect any religion or Dharm.

Hinduism is a broad concept it has given space to all one who worship(theist) it and also to them one who don’t(atheist). just remember that followers of Arya samaj are also Hindu, can crusader of today’s Hinduism kill Dayanand saraswati for not having faith in idol worship? just go through the pages of history there is a philosophy of CHARWAK, in hinduism can the so called crusader root-it-out.

critics who could not be answered with logic are now silenced with guns, but one can only kill the thinker not the ideology.

Tatkal  a word familiar to we Indians in terms of railway services .  it’s not an ordinary service, it acts like sanjivani (nector) which treat the patient left with no hope and option,.

As  sanjivani (nector) is not everyone’s cup of tea, because of its unaccounted  value  and another thing is that everyone don’t have hanuman too. In the same way tatkal too is not everyone’s cup of tea because of its value and lack of desired modern hanuman.  Though whatever may be the cost of getting these service and its consequences. TATKAL provided by Indian railway is unquestionably adorable.

Tatkal is a last moment  confirmed reservation  ticket. And being Indian we all know how it feels when we get confirmed reservation ticket. It became an opportunity  for celebration.  Ohh…. You all are getting bore right. Coming to the point What I am talking about here is the reservation yes the above played  drama is all about  great Indian reservation (aarakshan) policy.

Whose new mega star is Hardik Patel a young 23 years old mega star.  I know we all have our respective view regarding reservation( aarakshan) . Before Hardik lead mass movement I was  against the reservation policy but now today I am stunch supporter of  reservayion(aarakshan).

Everyone who feels to have reservation as their right must be given reservation.  Be it Patel,  Pandit or anyone else.  I have nothing got to do with caste, creed, religion, sex or any other such ground desired for getting reservation. One may be in creamy layer, non-creamy layer or may be completely creamy. One may be tribal or city dweller. If one wishes to have reservation he must have it. It is our birth right just like freedom and we must have it.  

And those who oppose that no one should given reservation must be underestimated and treated like an evil to this society. At the same time I made it clear that those who don’t wish to take reservation must maintain silence like our leader who practice  maun brat(tight liped politics) and confined themselves to their own business the nation don’t need their free advice .

I am Indian and I know what reservation means

What I came to know about the objectives of reservation is that it must be given to those who are socially, economically and politically deprived from the main stream of society. Its objective is to bridge the gap persist in society and nation in order to strengthen nation and society.  I hope it was the view of our constitution makers who talks about reservation.

Reservation is a kind of protective cover given to deprive one in the society. Here I am not to talk about constitutional provision, commissions report, government policy, Supreme Court judgment/order. If 50% of reservation is sufficient for social protection and nation building then it must be given, if 100% is required then it too must be given.  Just forget about all provisions and courts decree.

Reservation must be given if it ensures:

1:  I personally support that girls should be given 100% reservation, if it ensures that girls having reservation would not be teased, harass, raped and burnt for dowry and were given desired humane respect and honor.

2: If a man from specific class, caste having reservation were given equal social status not on government paper but in a practicing society then he must have it.

3: If a child having reservation by his birth due to his caste and he enjoy equal treatment in this so called civilized society and were equally treated by all his friends then he must have it.

4: If this reservation made a tribal dweller civilized city dweller, then he must have it.

5: If this reservation ensure that the gap between rich and poor will be bridged and everyone will be reated as an Indian citizen with equality then he must have it.

6: If this reservation made society made untouchables share plate with untouchable then then it must be given.

We have seen seven decades of independence still our society if characterized by discrimination on the ground of caste, religion, rich & poor, touchable and untouchable, witchcraft is being practiced.

Majority of population is literate only not educated, we proud on having largest number of youth population at the same time we have largest number of unemployed youth. Culturally women in India treated as ditty but practically they are robbed every 20^th minute.  Seven decades after independence our leaders promise us of unemployment allowances (Berozgari- bhatta) and tap their back on announcing it. Where digging hole is national employment scheme (MNREGA).

Such a nation must need to have Reservation irrespective of caste, religion, creed, sex or anything else.  So being Indian we need to have reservation be it Patel or Pundit.

And in order to have it we need to have hanuman be it in face of Hardik Patel or anyone else. So the reservation must be given not to the particular section but to whole nation. And this reservation must be confirmed like TATKAL.

THIS MONSOON NO HONEYMOON

Can you imagine about the state of mind of a year old bride-groom for not having even a single interaction in this long awaited monsoon month. When, even the age old couples who hardly interact throughout the year get together in this wedding monsoon month... known as honeymoon month. Just imagine the level of frustration they have in their mind, and especially when the honeymoon floor was decorated with all its fragrance and waiting for couple to perform.

Being Indian going on honeymoon holiday is still a taboo, but what if you didn’t get space at your own house. We Indians are highly interested in others honeymoon story, Aren't we? We are! After all we are followers of Asharam and Radhe (sorry followers she don’t deserve to be called maa).

What they (couple)did how they did and so on.. are digestive pills for our immune system, without this pill we can’t digest even mineral water. We try all our James bound type hollow mind to know about others secret play. It’s not our fault it's our DNA. So don't you need to feel sorry. But sometimes we cross all our limits and this monsoon it happens. These neighbors are really not good.What I am talking about here is parliamentary honeymoon. Monsoon session is over, well decorated floor is still waiting for single heroic performance at its floor but all these neighbors continued poking and honeymoon session over. These neighbors didn’t let the newly weeded bride-groom to perform a single step; even they didn't gave them chance to have some naughty conversation.... 

Though we all know that too much of honey in honeymoon spoil it's taste, a pinch of salt is needed to make the trip worthy. Just like a shy partner who become salty at.... But just think for a while that if s/he behave naughty throughout session then will it be fun ? Never...

I don't know whom to blame and whom to not. This below average performer monsoon or the jilted neighbor who started shouting whenever the bride-groom were about to start their step. As we can't fight with nature so I will not blame monsoon for its under performance throughout the country and making the session little bit less romantic. As far as dear neighbors are concerned they must be blamed for continuously interrupting the couple and leaving the honeymoon floor virgin this time. Their continuous interruption soil the expectation of nation, waiting for some "good news" this time. 

What! You don't know about good news.. Don’t be silly all we know what good news we expect from honeymoon.

Only because of some sterile neighbor, nation fails to get any good news. Yes I am talking about monsoon session of parliament which proved nothing but shame for the nation. Truly speaking what I came to realize is that both the govt. and opposition were not willing to run the house. This is not the first time that all these "tu-tu-mai-mai" was going on, for both of them it is there constitutional right.

Opposition as per its nature tries all its means to paralyses the house and it succeeded too in doing so. So they are right the session is fruitful, but government who claim that opposition paralyses the house didn’t show any sign of eagerness and enthusiasm in running the house. Instead of finding the sub-way to run the house government tries all it’s means to defame opposition for not functioning the house and in doing so government succeeded too and session is fruitful for the government too.

Once caretaker of the honeymoon floor tries to give some positive sing to the nation by exiling some hard-core neighbor for few days but it too proved worthless. None of the bride-groom supporter  gave single statement which hold some water. Carrying the legacy Gabbar didn’t utter a single word God knows why, may be he tries to hide that not only the opposition but the occupant too is sterile. So there is no good news from this honeymoon. As it generally happen in Indian society when we poke our neighbor too much it ends with slug-war and here too it end with slugfest.

Alchemy leadership

Subject decides the king's nature and king decide the subject's fate.

Leadership is one of the most prominent factor in deciding nations destiny.

It has always been argued that which type of leadership is best suited for any type government or governance. From divine theory of kingship or leadership to democratic leadership theory, all possess its own consequences. It has only been the need of hour and society that which type you justify. As far as style of leadership is concerned we need both autocratic as well as democratic. Wars like situation never demands for democratic leadership it always prefers to be autocratic on the other hand we need democratic style on our land acquisition. Neither the format is absolute in itself.

Being the student of public administration what I came to know is that leadership is functional and situational and beyond the barrier of caste and religion and all other parting ideology. Democracy gave us an institutionalized leadership which curb down the chances of being autocratic. Leadership and its emergence have so many pros and cons, none the aspect behind its emergence can be ruled out.

In a country like India where the democracy is naive and the turmoil society is going through transition period along with economy and polity, leadership has to play extra dynamic role as leadership in itself is a dynamic activity. As far as the history of Indian leadership is concerned this soil has given veteran like Vivekananda and Gandhi, whose leadership and remarks were followed world-wide even today. But those days have gone  and Gandhi too.

Here leadership simply means PM and CM i.e. political representatives not the ethical ideologist like Gandhi and Vivekananda whose leadership gave real Midas touch. Communicative and interactive leadership is best suited leadership in democracy, but unfortunately we don't have it and if sometime it happens, it happens  only after five years. Even after five year it proves to be one sided interaction where leader dictate and we the “Subject” pay holly heed towards their cosmic words. Yes we are subject not citizen, for the nation we are citizen and for our leaders we still are subject. Not only we are supposed to be so but we are also self-ordered to be so without questioning.

Both at national and provincial level our leaders made their own actual ground castle by making our dreamy castle in air with their lucrative and decorative funny words. There is no doubt that after independence we have seen several leaders who viewed India from common Indians eyes (sorry it’s better not to named them here, we all have our own choice). They were really alchemist whose Midas touch felt forever. 

But in the meantime some tactful witty politicians well trained in solving caste and communal puzzle made leadership jungle gambling show were everything is fair except losing the game. Neither the caste nor the religion based leadership is an evil both has its own advantage and needed for socio-national development. Therefore the makers of Indian constitution made proper arrangement for it. But these arrangements has been very smartly manipulated for the sake of vote bank and in order of being alchemist leader whose touch will change the destiny common mass as our leaders think of it. Thanks to their development punch-line which sounds like “khul-jaa-sim-sim”.

Not only the existing government who used all its Midas knowledge to came in power but also the ruled out government used all their alchemy mantra to save their chair with all means. For both of them it’s only their luck that whose mantra works when. Now the Bihar game begins and every priest will utter their mantra with all their puzzling knowledge. Now Again its time to hold our heart beat, dream of our own castle and start checking our account God knows when we become “Lakhpati”and may be fodder of our pets come back any time.

कोई भी तंत्र कितनी सफल या विफल हैं ये इस बात पर निर्भर करती हैं की वहा की न्यायिक वव्यस्था कितनी निष्पक्ष और सुदृढ़ हैं। फिर वो लोकतंत्र हो या कुछ और। न्यायपूर्ण व्यवस्था ही किसी भी तंत्र का विकल्प हो सकती हैं। आप लाख लोकतंत्र का नगारा बजा लें अगर समाज के हर तबके तक समुचित न्याय नहीं पहुँच रही हो और सभी को अपने पक्ष रखने का फिर वो दोषी ही क्यों ना हो, का सामान्य अवसर नहीं मिल रहा हो तो उसे आप किसी भी कीमत पे लोकतांत्रिक नहीं कह सकते। शायद यहीं एक विशेष्ता हैं जो लोकतंत्र को बाकी सभी तंत्रों से अलग करती  हैं और जिसने इसे सार्वभौमिक्ता प्रदान की हैं। न्यायिक प्रक्रिया न तो किसी की आस्था पे केंद्रित हैं न ही किसी की भावना पर, ये सम्पूर्ण मानवता और इंशाफ का सामंजशय हैं जहाँ एक ओर मानवता को बचाने के लिए हर वो प्रयास किया जाता हैं कि किसी भी कीमत पे किसी  निर्दोष को सजा न मिले तो वहीँ दूसरी ओर दोषी को सजा के रूप में मृत्युंदंड तक का प्रावधान हैं ताकि समाज में ये संदेश जा सके कि मानवता की रक्षा और इंशाफ  के लिए न्यायालय जरुरत पड़ने पर दोषी के प्राण तक ले सकती हैं।

बदलते समय के साथ-साथ शासन ,प्रसाशन और न्यायिक प्रक्रिया का भी स्वरुप बदला हैं, जिसकी जरूरत भी थी। मृत्युदंड पे हम सभी के अपन अपनेे राय हो सकते हैं। नाहीं पक्ष में मत रखने वाले पूर्णतयः गलत हैं और नाहीं विपक्षी मत के समर्थक।जब तक ये प्रावधान न्यायिक प्रक्रिया का हिस्सा हैं आप इसे गलत नहीं करार सकते।

लेकिन पिछले कुछ दिनों से जो हुआ और जिस तरह से हुआ, उससे ये साफ़ लगता हैं न्यायिक प्रक्रिया को भी टी आर पी का एक साधन बना लिया  गया हैं।

कम से कम न्यायपालिका का मार्केटिंग तो नहीं ही होना चाहिये, सभी खबरों को एक ही थाली में परोसना मेरी समझ से उचित नहीं हैं।
और कम से भारत जैसे मुल्क में तो बिल्कुल ही नहीं जहाँ सहीमायने में लोकतंत्र ही न्यायालय की निष्पक्षता पर केंद्रित हैं।

एक बार तो मोदी और नितीश का तुकबंदी देखकर लगा मानों दोनों आज भी गठबंधन में हो या फिर पुनर्विवाह माफ़ कीजये पुनर्गटबंधन होने जा रहा हैं । लेकिन जैसे-जैसे राजनीती अपना रंग दिखाने लगी सब साफ़ हो गया की अभीतक औपचारिकता का दौड़ चल रहा था, इरादा तो कत्ल मीठी छुड़ी से करने का था । पटना में प्रधान मंत्री किसी ऑडिटर से कम नहीं नजर आ रहे थे डाटा कुछ इस तरह पेश किया गया मनो CAG के सामने लेखा जोखा रखा जा रहा हैं। बीच बीच में नितीश को चाशनी में भी डुबोया गया और लालू को तो ये अहसाश करा ही दिया गया की he is out of contest. यहाँ तक तो फिर भी सब ठीक था लेकिन मुजफ्फरपुर जाते ही मनो प्रधान मंत्री में जन्मजात जाती वाद घर कर गया और वो लालू-नितीश जैसे खिलाड़ी को ये सबक दे गए की वो इस खेल के भी पुराने खिलाड़ी हैं। वादों का बम कुछ ऐसे फूटा मनो विकाश और बिहार पर्यावाची होने वाले हो वैसे इसमें कुछ गलत भी नहीं हैं। इंडोर्समेंट तो दोनों तरफ से होगा और वो भी जातिगत पैकजिंग के साथ। बस नया ये हुआ की सेलसमैंन कुछ ज्यादा ही ब्रांडेड निकले।
जो भी हो बिहार में कुछ होता जरूर नज़र आ रहा हैं।

                   LICENCE TO DESTROY

For any representative democracy espically having parliamentary form of government, an uninterrupted functioning of parliamentary proceedings is much needed. Any kind of interruption in it’s proceedings i.e in the discharge of duties of peoples representative at the floor of parliament directly strike at the core of democracy.

Parliament is a place were nation looks with dreamy eyes and immense expectation and wait for their destiny to be discussed in the house by there representatives. The floor of house is not less then shrine floor for whole the nation. It is a place from where the nation looks upon all sorts of justice be it political, social, economocal or even ethical.

Hence the proceedings of parliament should be carried out without any interruption, so that nation’s expectation would not kneel down at any cost. Therefore indian constitution mention that the “court can not inquire into the proceedings of parliament”(Article 122). The philosophy behind this article is to made our representatives free from all sorts of obstacles which can ditter their opinionand views from being discussed or expressed in parliament. If the judicary is not entitled to interfere then forget about anyone else. The objective was also to strengthen the hands of our representative so that they can constitute nation destiny.

It’s another objective is to discuss all pros and cons of governance within and outside the ambit of legal procedure, as we know that laws and rules are necessary but not absolute it must change with pace of time and situation.

Hence our representatives were given licence to discuss without any if and but.

But in the mean time this licence (Article 122) to construction (i.e construction of nation) turned into licence to destroy.

Yes article 122 has been turned into licence to destroy, as even court is not entitled to inquire into the proceedings of parliament our representatives are legalised to destroy the trust of people on the temple of democracy. It(article 122) has become license to destroy public money, it has become licence to destroy national resource, it has become licence to destroy present and future of nation by teaching the nation a lesson that paralysing proceedings of parliament is the only means of excercising parliamentry democracy.

Those who are paralysing the parliament are none then other our so called respected representatives. Who day in and day out vows to protect the nation and public interest at any cost.

The manner in which the on-going session of parliament is being paralysing, has forced common mass to pounder over their own choice. It is not the first time that all this hide and sick game is practicing on the name of public interest and nationl integrity, in last two decades and espically in last 3-4 years the game and it’s player has become more mature like IPL.

Its high time for BJP to acknowledge that their every single step is being watched not only by its opposition but also by common mass who has immense expectation from this government. Recent Vapayam scam in madhya pradesh also fainted the image of BJP, as it was state concern so much woo dosen't take place.

Both are siblings in politics but having contradictory political image. Now their  alliance for up  coming Bihar election is much more then they called it anti BJP alliance . For both of them it is almost last chance to save their political ground, though there is nothing called last chance in politics.
> For Lalu its a question of shaping his family political career and for Nitish its question of regaining his integrity once lost after Lok Sabha election because of his own post election decisions.
> Projecting Nitish as CM candidate is more compulsion then will of Lalu or we can say its only compulsion. As Lalu is not eligible for candidature both the party has no option then Nitish kumar.
>Projecting Lalu as CM candidate or not projecting CM candidate at all both gave a huge ground  to BJP for attacking alliance. Now it become tough for BJP to counter Nitish as  per his image on other hand Lalu become a soft corner to whom BJP can counter from all the side.
>As projected it is going JDU-RJD Vs  Modi's_BJP it is high time for Nitish to play defensive as well as attacking. If the alliance won then it is going to be victory of so called secular power and if it loses not only BJP lalu also not going to miss single chance to counter Nitish CM candidature. In Janta Family too Nitish will lose his ground.

भाग्य तो देखिये अभागे का मरा भी तो लुटियंस की दिल्ली में वो भी शहंशाह की दरबार में और तो और चौथे स्तम्भ की नजरो के सामने.
खुद को अन्नदाता कहता था अभागा अब खुद के बच्चो को अन्नं कौन देगा?
वैसे इतना भी भाग्य बुरा नही था अभागे का उसकी जिंदगी से भले ही ऊपर वाले ने भी नजरे फेर ली हो लेकिन उसके मौत के चर्चे आज पुरे देश में ही नही वरन पूरी दुनिया में हैं।
दाता तो था वो मरते-मरते भी कुछ न कुछ सबको दे गया, किसी की मरी हुई राजनीती में जान फूक गया तो किसी को TRP का सौगात दे गया, तो कही किसी के लिए शाम की चर्चा का विषय बन गया ।
वैसे एक गुजारिश हैं तुमसे अब जब भी मरना दिल्ली आ के ही मरना,बीवी-बच्चो को साथ लाते तो इस मुल्क को कुछ और मसाला मिल जाता ।
